Due to the unique, handcrafted, and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except as required by law.

•  All Sales Are Final: Purchases made through realmreiki.com are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, sizing, and other details before placing your order.

•  Handcrafted & Reiki-Infused Products: Our salts, scrubs, body oils, and gemstone jewelry are handcrafted and energetically infused, making each item unique. Due to their personal and custom nature, we cannot accept returns.

•  Apparel: To ensure proper fit, please refer to our sizing charts before ordering. Apparel items are final sale due to their custom design and production.

•  Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@realmreiki.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter promptly, which may include replacement at our discretion, subject to availability.

•  Allergies & Sensitivities: Our products may contain natural ingredients that could cause sensitivities. Please review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. Realm Reiki is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
