Realm Reiki Permanent Jewelry Terms and Conditions Agreement.

⚠️ WARNING: Keep jewelry and components out of reach of children. Small parts may cause choking if swallowed.

1. Permanent ≠ Indestructible

I understand that while this jewelry is intended to be long-lasting, it is not indestructible. Everyday wear and tear, snagging, exposure to chemicals, pulling, or tugging on the chain may cause damage or breakage.

Non-Welded Application Notice:
Realm Reiki’s permanent jewelry is intentionally non-welded — it’s designed for energetic connection and lasting beauty without heat, welding, or tools that touch the skin.

2. Warranty Coverage

• First 90 Days: The entire piece (bracelet, anklet, or necklace) is covered under warranty if the jewelry is not lost. If the piece breaks during this time, Realm Reiki will repair it, or replace it if it is unrepairable.
• After 90 Days: Warranty coverage expires.
• Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover lost jewelry, lost chains, or items that cannot be provided for inspection or repair.
• Location Limitation: Warranty coverage applies only to customers located within a 20-mile radius of Mount Olive, New Jersey. By signing this agreement, customers residing beyond this distance acknowledge and agree that their jewelry will not be covered under the warranty, as Realm Reiki cannot guarantee local access for inspection or repair.

3. Liability & Skin Reactions

I acknowledge and understand that permanent jewelry involves direct skin contact. Realm Reiki is not liable for any skin reactions, allergic reactions, or other side effects that may occur from wearing the jewelry. By signing this agreement, I release Realm Reiki from all liability related to such occurrences.

Metal Allergy Acknowledgment:
I confirm that I do not have a known allergy or sensitivity to stainless steel, gold-plated metals, or any materials used in this jewelry.

4. Material Disclosure

All jewelry is made from stainless steel or PVD 18k gold-plated stainless steel. While these materials are durable and tarnish-resistant, normal wear and individual skin sensitivities may occur.

5. Responsibility & Care

I acknowledge that I am responsible for the care of my jewelry. Realm Reiki is not liable for lost, broken, or damaged jewelry outside of the warranty stated above.

Activity & Lifestyle Liability:
I understand that certain activities (sports, exercise, water exposure, chemical exposure) may increase the risk of damage or breakage, and Realm Reiki is not liable for such occurrences.

Modification Disclaimer:
I will not attempt to modify, resize, or repair the jewelry myself. Realm Reiki is not liable for damage caused by any unauthorized modifications.

6. Child Safety & Liability

Permanent jewelry and its components are small and may present a choking hazard. Realm Reiki is not liable if children or minors swallow, choke on, or are otherwise harmed by any part of the jewelry. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children’s safety around these items.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realm Reiki is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of permanent jewelry.

8. Final Sale Policy

All permanent jewelry sales are final outside of the warranty coverage described above. Customers are responsible for selecting their desired size at the time of service.

9. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims

I understand that services provided by Realm Reiki are for personal adornment and energetic wellness only. Realm Reiki makes no medical, therapeutic, or health-related claims, and permanent jewelry is not a medical treatment.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Realm Reiki reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for safety or hygiene reasons.

11. Minors

If the customer is under 18, a parent or guardian must sign this agreement and supervise the use of the jewelry.

12. Photo & Media Release

I consent to Realm Reiki photographing or video recording the jewelry I receive for marketing and social media purposes. I understand that my name and face will not be shared without my additional written consent.

13. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. No other verbal or written statements shall modify or alter the terms of this agreement.

By submitting this form, you understand that your submission serves as your signature and agreement to the terms and conditions. You affirm that all information you share is truthful and complete to the best of your knowledge. Realm Reiki cannot be held responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information. Once a session or service has been provided, the energy exchange is considered complete. Any attempt to reverse payment or dispute the transaction after services are rendered is viewed as a breach of this agreement and of energetic integrity. In such cases, this form and all related records may be used to support Realm Reiki in resolving the matter. Thank you for honoring this mutual trust and respecting the sacred exchange of energy between practitioner and client.
